We need a new education system

In sub-Saharan Africa, 88% of school-age children do not achieve minimum proficiency levels in reading. Despite improved access to schools, children who make the effort to study for years are learning very little and they are unable to reach their full potential. The current education system is failing kids, their families and society at large.
At TRECC, we are contributing to building a new education system in Ivory Coast that gives people the right set of tools and knowledge so that they can thrive and lead fulfilled lives.
